TFinAI is a trade-name of The Future is now AI, LLC — a Washington professional scientific and technical services company founded in 2024 by Seth Briney.
TFinAI was built around a future-oriented vision of technology: intelligent systems, adaptive infrastructure, secure communications, automation, and advanced computing engineered not merely to keep pace with technological change, but to move ahead of it decisively.

Scientific & Engineering Foundations
TFinAI is rooted in scientific thinking, systems engineering, adaptive infrastructure design, advanced computing, and real-world technical problem solving.
Seth Briney earned master's degrees in mathematics and computer science from Western Washington University, with graduate work focused on artificial intelligence, intelligent control systems, and statistical decision making.
This included research involving large-scale office building forecasting and intelligent HVAC control systems connected to Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL).
Engineering the Future
TFinAI focuses on adaptive systems and future-oriented infrastructure that go beyond conventional IT consulting or commodity software deployment.
